During the collection of your car rental at the pick-up point, you will need:

  • Car rental voucher
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Credit card (in the name of the main driver)
  • ID proof (preferably a passport or national ID)

To change a car rental booking, call our customer service line 02476 221515, provide the booking confirmation number, explain the changes needed, and confirm any fees or rate changes. Keep in mind that some changes may incur additional charges or require a cancellation and rebooking.

No, the driving license is mandatory for renting a vehicle and must be presented at pick-up time.
If you wish to pay for the rental car, but have someone else drive it, you can rent the vehicle in your name and add them as an additional driver. In this instance, both you and the additional driver would have to meet all of our driver qualification requirements.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT, insurance and mileage are capped at 2000 miles per 28 days.
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel, should vehicles be returned after the rental not full, then a refuel charge will be applied. Price per litre is available when the vehicle is collected.

In the event of a vehicle not being available a full refund will be issued.

There is a 30 minute grace period for rentals. However, if the car is returned outside of this period, we will automatically charge for another day’s hire.
